Full name is Ian Andolina; not sure what usernames he may have used here (besides nontroppo that is). I wouldn't find it appropriate to post his other address of course. but if you want me to ask him something I can ...</p>
<p dir="auto">At one time a number of other Opera users were big contributors to the wiki. I'm sure ttt did, though last I heard he also had his own Opera button site.</p>

I suppose you could always try to fish up a copy from the Wayback Machine (Internet Archive). As the Presto browser ages, trusty pieces of supporting infrastructure keep disappearing...</p>
