I cannot download any *.exe files, while other things work well: music, archives, videos...

I am getting the error at the end of download: Antivirus has detected a virus. The problem is I have no antivirus 😢

Please help me!

Otherwise you should state your Opera version and system you're on.

IIRC Windows Defender is included and enabled by default on later versions of Windows.
