I cannot find anything about this any more. There is only themes, but themes don't change the colour of the address bar or the bookmarks bar as far as I can tell. If there is a solution I'd like to use it, otherwise I don't really want to use a browser that I can't even customise something as simple as the bookmark/address bar from plain white.</p>

It was kind of a big shift and thats why some features were 'removed'.</p>
