<![CDATA[Strange behavior of the icons on the start screen Start menu in Windows10]]>Hello,
I have a problem with disappearing Opera icon in the Start menu.

I've tried reinstalling, cleaning settings, etc.

Opera is creating an additional icon at %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Opera Software and then is deleting it when it's closed. Somehow Windows becomes confused to which one it should represent there and switches from one icon to the other causing the blink.
