Thats how some images looks like.<br />

There is no problem in IE or chrome.<br />
Tried to disable windows firewall, nothing changed.<br />
Also, it happens from time to time, not in every website, and not with any image, I cannot see any system in this bug....</p>

I've noticed, that it happens with pictures that are really big, with a size of thousands px width and height.</p>

Used to get that all the time back in the days of dial up. Try browsing in a private window for awhile and see if it still happens. If it doesn't you probably have an extension installed that is causing problems.</p>
