There is no problem in IE or chrome.
Tried to disable windows firewall, nothing changed.
Also, it happens from time to time, not in every website, and not with any image, I cannot see any system in this bug....

I've noticed, that it happens with pictures that are really big, with a size of thousands px width and height.

Used to get that all the time back in the days of dial up. Try browsing in a private window for awhile and see if it still happens. If it doesn't you probably have an extension installed that is causing problems.
