<![CDATA[Backed up files - can't import/restore or copy/paste them into my new Opera]]>I've always backed up files per Opera's Help page on doing so: http://help.opera.com/Mac/10.50/en/backup.html
My hard drive crashed so I couldn't export from an old version to my newly installed version. NONE of Opera"s help pages explain how to copy/paste or restore these backed-up individual files to my newly installed Opera(V 30.0.1835.151).

Seems strange they tell you what files and folders to backup and even where they reside, just not how to exactly accomplish this - help please.

They don't apply to Opera 30. In addition, if you are trying to replace files in Opera 30 with ones from Opera 12 or before than they wont be compatible.

See menu > about opera for the path.
