About "Enable tap to run Flash Player...", I have to say that there is no Flash player for Android, how Opera will support it? Also I already tested Firefox for Android and it does not have flash player.

Add Desktop mode in menu instead of in-settings only
Puffin browser have full flash support since it cameout in 2009. Firefox tap to play is compatible with some flash sites.

Mostly for university online courses with embedded flash but it has many other useful functions such as flash based video websites e.g. sports etc Some pc websites use flash to display contents such as benchmarks etc Some videos on YouTube are only flash based and cannot be detected with youtube app when searching. I am sure there are more than this too.

I guess then that what Puffin does is precode flash webpages on their servers, compresses them before broadcasting it to our phones. Try it, its really working with the latest flash player on all websites. I like Opera's smoothness and interface though, that's why I use both, Puffin for flash and Opera for non-flash.
Oh well, for Android, I guess we will never have a single perfect all-in-one browser.
Focusing on main issues in OP other than flash is the 1st step if possible.

Also, manage the downloads in a better way, downloads gets stuck in beta and stable. Would be better if you add a download manager able to download parts.

Perfect,thanks all! I only used and still use Opera on Linux for years. Its the best browser all around from plug-ins, RAM management, compatibility, customizations to performance and smoothness. Can't wait for it to improve and grow on Android (Linux based afterall).
