<![CDATA[Cannot open user profile directory]]>Hello World.
I can't switch on my browser, because of an error:
"Cannot open user profile directory, because you lack sufficient privileges"
This happened when I tried to go to Google website, but page was loading too long.
So I switched off Opera.
After that I tried few times to switch it on, but this error was showing all the time (Running Opera with Administrator rights didn't worked)

If something is not clear cause of my English, or you need more information reply below.
