I have opened a web site on my android phone in the Opera app.
And now I want to open the same link on my windows version of Opera.

Is there an option to do this? e.g. by sending/sharing the link between "the two devices"?

and, yes, i am using Opera Link to have the same bookmarks. But sharing a "new" URL?

thanks!

If you are signed in to sync on both your devices you can access your open tabs on whatever device you are on.
On desktop there is a button on the start-page called "Tabs" which will list all your devices and their open tabs.
On mobile you have to open the tabs menu (the button that will show all your open tabs) and click the button with arrows on it. This will bring you to the other devices page which will show all open pages on your other devices.

Ah, wonderful! After closing/opening a tab on my mobile device it needs some seconds (sometimes more, sometimes less) till the list of the opened tabs in the desktop version will be updated.

Vice versa I often used a bookmarklet to create a QR code and switch to the page on my mobile device via — of course — a qr reader Not the quickest way (and Google get the URL, too), but it works, too

Thanks a lot!
