<![CDATA[opera missing features]]>i downloaded and started using opera a few day's ago. ive been trying to add a home button and customize tool bars for version 30.0 but the help page has done nothing for me, it say's to right click tool bars, but i don't see any here.
i cant find it in the settings menu either, so im confused as to how i set one up as the opera help pages don't do anything and Google searching is running me in circles. should i just send in a help request to opera?

They do not apply to versions of Opera from 15 or above.
