<![CDATA[clean profile and which plugins needed]]>Still having hanging issue with opera30. How do I create a clean profile - does that mean new email address/account for starting fresh? Also, which plugins don't we need to use?

Opera will find the ones you have installed.

You only need plugins if they do something you need.

Just rename the current profile folder. You can check the path to it in OMenu > About Opera.

You can find its location in the About Opera page. That will clear all of your bookmarks and speed dial info and such though. Be careful.

As for plugins, you don't need any. Opera comes with a PDF plugin but you don't need it. Same deal with Flash, Silverlight or anything else. The browser will work correctly its just some websites have content that use they plugins.
