<![CDATA[Issues on Three Indonesia's data plan]]>I've been experiencing issues while on my carrier's Always On data plan. It allow access to 10 popular sites in my country even after data quota depleted.

One of them was tokobagus which now acquired by olx thus make my carrier update the list, change tokobagus.com to olx.co.id.
It's the third site I regularly open after google and facebook.

I acknowledge that my carrier have done an agreement to bring 10 sites restriction to opera mini, but maybe my carrier fail to give the tokobagus -> olx update note to the opera team so only 9 sites accesible.

The other issue is when downloading. maybe because my data plan restriction, but even if I still got plenty of data quota I can only succesfully download files from some specific sites outside the 10 mentioned. One of the site is 4shared.
Most of other download only stall at 0 kb and failed.

I just hope that you can review and fix these issues.

I wonder whether the downloading issue really on carrier side which I mainly believe or Opera Mini in general?
