<p dir="auto">Not sure why it just started the other day and comes up when opening 3 times before I can get to the browser. Has anyone seen this? I'm on 12.17 build 1863</p>

I tried remove 2010 package for Office but that didn't seem to solve anything. I have many C++ redistribution packages  2005, 2008, 2010, 2012. I was going to uninstall all of these are reinstall them but there are too many. I wish I knew what Win update screwed my machine. thanks</p>

I it happening on other apps now. I figure it is not an issue of Opera browser but odd that it's missing. Only thing I recently updated was Office 2016 preview through my MS account. Moved to x64 in Office as well. It worked fine that day but by the end of the day it started spitting up that error. thanks</p>
