An old scheme “opera-https” seems to be listed in some forums but it clearly does not work anymore. And “touch-http” only opens links in the default browser i.e safari. Is there a new updated url scheme for the opera browser on ios?

I've swapped to a new device recently, and the input method (Unikey) isn't working at all, and I was only able to type English pretty much.
Vietnamese typing still works on this device, Words and other Browsers have no issue inputting Vietnamese
I'm running Opera GX on Windows 11
The Version is Lvl 7 Core 120.0.5543.85

The language must be set to Spanish somewhere.

I see the message basically says:

A profile error occurred
Your profile could not be opened correctly.
Some features may not be available. Please check that the profile exists and that you have permissions to read and write its content.

That usually means the profile at "C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Roaming\Opera Software\Opera Developer" is being used by an Opera process or another process or its damaged or the permissions for that folder are not set to allow your user to read and write to the folder and its contents. I would rename that "Opera Developer" folder to "Opera Developer old" and then try to start Opera.

First though, I would make a test standalone installation of Opera Developer to a folder named "Opera Developer Test" on your desktop. If that Opera won't load either, there's probably really something wrong with Windows.

Does that Opera at least load right?

When I start to type in text that has a possible match to a location, such as "collect" matching to "Collector, Australia" there are three additional links at the bottom of the URL history/suggestions: weather, maps and booking. How do I turn off these location suggestions?

I often have my mouse in the same place (probably by design, since it's the middle of the page) and if I hit "Enter" while hovering when I'm trying to use the top result, it goes through on the highlighted result instead. Yes, I can get used to moving my mouse away, but I don't want these results showing up in the URL anyway. I have tried to turn off as many suggestions as possible in my browser.

This happens in incognito, regardless of extensions. It's an Opera function that I can't disable.

I have disabled all of the following:

  • "Improve search suggestions"
  • "Display promotional notifications"
  • "Receive promotional Speed Dials, bookmarks and campaigns"
  • All AI services
  • "Show suggestions before typing"
  • "Show Speed Dial suggestions"
  • "Show news on start page"
  • "Show Continue Shopping section"
  • "Show Continue on Booking[.]com section"
  • "Show weather widget"
  • "Show Start page button"
  • All privacy consent settings (General interests based on web sites you may visit or search, General location, Personalized content, Ads personalized based on your interests)

Weather, Booking, and Maps do not appear in any of my search engines

With hardware acceleration on: My wallpaper backgrounds look blurry except when I fullscreen Opera (something I don't want to do as I lose out on many buttons I need to use)

When I turn hardware acceleration off: My wallpapers look as detailed as normal but when I scroll there are these two weird lines in the middle of my screen that can be described as what happens when you have vsync turned off.

Are there any workarounds or ways of fixing both issues simultaneously? I am using an Nvidia graphics card so if there is a workaround there as well that would be great to know.
