@leocg Thanks but that's not how it works on Macs.
I just checked, and it seems it's an Apple issue, as they're being saved in the wrong folder whether I take it while in Opera, or not. So I'll now ask the Apple forum...

Add a rectangle tool, like the "Highlight" option, but without the background, only the outline.

It's very useful to Testers, QA, GD, CM, etc.

Partial screenshot send directly to Flow

The flow function is outstanding I use it a lot, but it would very helpful to have a button to send a partial screenshot to flow automatically, without the need to open the flow panel and paste it there after you press the copy button.
When you select an area to screenshot you see 3 buttons to cancel, copy and paste and capture, I suggest 1 more button to send directly to flow.
It would be useful when you work on more than a computer and is just interested in one part to paste, I use it when studying so I can create a summary with graphs and images and the feature would speed up the process.

Just asking, is Opera team working on better screenshot tool?

It´s pretty good already but I would love if it could auto select different elements of the website like blocks of text and images. Firefox has pretty much the best screenshot tool around and its the only thing that I just don't want to give up. I'm a Czech journalist and this feature is unbelievably useful.

But otherwise great work on the browser, it looks better and better with every update.

On Windows Tablets / Convertible Notebooks this feature is only usable with virtual touchpad, which really limits the workflow using this feature.
Microsoft Edge's implementation is way better at the moment.

I didn't think it an option but hoped maybe it was hidden. Now I know it is not, hopefully, this will become an option one day.

The ability to change snaptool format into jpg ?
The problem is i take very big screens shots . And the size with png is just above 40mb for every snap .. its annoying to change the format for every photo i take ..

And of course i am not the only one !
