This issue has been bugging me for quite some time.
I dont know if its a bug/glitch or if its just my fault.

My speed dial randomly dissapears, and yes, i have checked advanced settings incase it got disabled. its on, but it still doesnt show. only my wallpaper and the google search bar is visible. It does show after I restart but this issue often happens. Please help, thanks
