Enabling and choosing pin should be user choice. It will protect user privacy. User can recover this pin through email if forgotten. If user is unable to verify identity through email then all data will be reset automatically in the browser. Also pin will automatically apply after user inactivity time chosen by user or during device sleeping mode.</p>

<p dir="auto">I don't know much about software development, but surely being that Opera is based on Chromium, it wouldn't be that hard to implement tab groups from the codebase, right?</p>

<p dir="auto">I was testing latest Changelog entries for newest Opera Stable and I pinned Player (Opera Dev). I forgot to unpin that window, then I opened one website from the <em>Custom site panels</em> and it happened to be pinned, as well!</p>
<p dir="auto">The Pin option needs to work independently.</p>

Hope this helps anyone having the same issue.</p>
