How to get Streaming and Codecs (Audio & Video) support in Opera 53?

Just updated to Opera stable 54.0.2952.46 today. Did this after Ubuntu 16.04 upgraded to chromium-codecs-ffmpeg-ex 67.0.3396.62 and all videos seem to play well on Opera v54.

However one strange thing that remains is, on some sites videos will not play when using New Private Window. I get out of New Private Window and then those same videos now play fine. Go back into New Private Window and again those videos refuse to play, saying Flash needs to be enabled! Try to enable Flash but nothing happens. Any idea why this happens?

Can not delete modify bookmarks folder

When you hover a bookmark, did you notice that checkmark in the top left corner or the pen and x in the top right corner? The check is to select, the pen is to edit, and the x to delete.

The tab preview does not work correctly

The lastest version of Opera - 53.0.2907.68 - with tab preview does not work correctly. When hovering over a tab that scrolls down a little, the preview window does not display correctly. This works perfectly in previews versions - Opera 52.x.
