At the moment, there does not seem to be an option to do so on Opera for Android.

I presume AP, Forbes and Bloomberg are, but there many more reliable sources that would love to be included in such a service.

Most of the subjects were inflammatory and hyperbolic. Some would have been like watching afternoon soap operas, I am sure. There is no way that I would subject myself to reading anything from New York Post or FOX News. The Mirror is probably a similar source, but I don't know it that well yet. There are services which rank reliable news sources, so I suggest that Opera make use of them.

Not only do better articles need to be chosen, but the user needs better control over what news sources are allowed. Other these articles are a waste of my brain cells. Your "news" service could be so much better.
