So, Opera updated yesterday and this began. For me, Tubi is what I generally watch and it became choppy. I am unsure if Opera enabled this with the upate or they changed something about the codec but this change did work for me as well.

Clicking on link in Chrome opens the site in Opera One, that was not running.

@jamesholmes What kind of link?!A regular https one? If so, then your Chrome installation is probably broken.

Did you already try reinstalling it?
