I have three Instagram accounts, each one for one purpose, and I need to switch between them frequently. The problem is: every time I try to do it on Opera GX, I keep getting disconnected from the one I was before even if I select to save login. I still can switch on Google Chrome, though. Is there a way to solve it?

@leocg Yes its problem with opera on windows also when i play video the audio plays but the audio does not plays and the video portion becomes black and nothing appears.

Okay, guys! I found this topic when I have the same problem, and that's the solution, that helped me and with chance 99% will help you too!

Problem is that we need to reinstall libffmpeg library for Opera. Users that have downloaded Opera from snap install opera doesn't have our problems.

So, the first solutions is to reinstall Opera through command bellow:
snap install opera

If not or you don't wanna use snap, just make this steps:

We need package "opera-ffmpeg-codecs" from Arch Linux's repo.

Download an archive, extract it and take file "libffmpeg.so"
Move "libffmpeg.so" file to "/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/opera/" and confirm replacement of old file version.

cd ~/Downloads tar xf opera-ffmpeg-codecs-*.tar.xz usr/lib/opera/lib_extra/libffmpeg.so -O > libffmpeg.so sudo mv -f libffmpeg.so /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/opera/ rm opera-ffmpeg-codecs-*.tar.xz

Archive file name will be another. Don't just copy paste this, take an attention to the commands)

Instagram sidebar wont show and or play stories

Hello, i recently switched from chrome to opera and i loved the concept of the apps in the sidebar (whatsapp, instagram), right now im having a little issue with the instagram sidebar app, on the main feed page it wont show the stories at all, just shows blank circles with no names, only way i can see stories is by going to random profiles and click on their story icon.
Things ive tried to solve the issue:

Disabled all extensions
Disabled ad blocker
reset to default settings
reinstalled opera (running latest version 68.0.3618.63)
Disabled antivirus and firewall

Im using Windows 10 Pro, heres a screenshot of the issue, the stories on the main page are blank and non clickable. Any ideas?
