Not showing harbor freight coupon in gmail

using website for gmail, reading my emails is fine, except for this anomaly. I get email from Harbor Freight with a coupon inline in the email.

But no coupon shows.

Open email in Firefox, it shows.

Have disabled everything in opera, ad blocker, etc. same issue.

What else can I check/try?

I do have the ad blocking within opera disabled.
