The task bar always stays visible and it can't be scaled to full size or larger than full size for some reason. (I use Windows 10)

I would like to suggest an option to scale the video to true full screen, so the task bar will no longer be visible. In Windows it would be great if Windows key + up arrow combination could be used for this, like is possible with other applications.

The parts of the screen that would contain no video because of the difference in aspect ratio between the screen and the video should be filled with black.

I have it set so opera gx opens on my second monitor, which is where I want to use it usually. If I full screen anything, youtube, the browser itself, it’ll fullscreen on the first monitor you fullscreen that window on. However, after you fullscreen a window for the first time on a display, then it’ll only fullscreen on that monitor. If I fullscreen on my primary and then move the window to my second and fullscreen, the fullscreen will appear on my primary still even though the window can only be controlled on the secondary. This persists until the window is closed and opened again, at which point it happens again whenever you fullscreen on a monitor again. The window just selects whatever display it fullscreens on first and then only fullscreens on there until it’s closed. It's really annoying to close the entire browser and then start it up again just to fullscreen on my main monitor.

Twitch has been facing a similar problem. When I open the home page I am able to see it for a flash while the page is loading but then it acts the same way youtube fullscreen has been, just giving me a blank screen. Whenever I use a link going directly to a stream, I am able to see it but only when in theater mode, otherwise the same blank screen appears as the audio continues to play.

In fullscreen, no app should show the window managers traffic light.

It unnecessarily wastes space for tabs and is expected to appear at the on top of the window only when the user wishes to see the system's menu bar.
