Export bookmarks in chrome desktop version, import them in opera desktop version and you are done. Opera will synchronize and bookmarks will be in your mobile. Did this many times.

Samsung internet browser however can only import and doesn't export.

Opera, Chrome and Firefox all support export in desktop pc version. And import too. However you cannot have all browsers synchronize at the same time.

I noticed the same thing with Opera for Windows 10 and tried the same "trick" but nothing happened.
Not even a commonly used website like www.google.com or Wikipedia showed. So disappointing.😭😭😭
