Is anyone else having the same issue? Before anyone asks, I have already checked my internet speed and I can stream 4k videos reliably on my phone off Wi-Fi, and I'm getting the issue on my laptop, and the frame issue only occurs when I have the setting turned on, and the setting I'm talking about specifically is the Enhance videos setting under the RGX section in the settings button under the X button on the browser on the top right for me.

https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/momentum/laookkfknpbbblfpciffpaejjkokdgca

This is doing the job for now however it is not taking over the new tab page. For this, I need to click the extension icon in the toolbar. It should work for your use case for now.
