When I'm downloading anything I sometimes download at 1.7-2.2 MB/s and the sometimes (usually 90% of the time) my download speed drops to 320-480 KB/s. I was wondering if there's a way I can always keep it above the 1MB/s mark since it takes a really long time for me to download anything if its the 320-480. I've tried other browsers, turning off my AVG antivirus (the only antivirus I have downloaded), not having my VPN on nor the browser vpn on and it's all the same. It sometimes spikes up to the 1.7-2.2 MB/s but that lasts for like 4-5 seconds.

I also have my speedtest results in one of the 3 images below
Those file share sites are not good examples becaused they may limit the download speed.

If you go, for example, to Opera's site and dowmload Opera offline installer, how is the speed?
