@042099g Were you running Opera as admin at the time? A regular user can't delete a file saved by a program running as admin - you'd need to run Explorer as admin.

@menko1437 And those two browsers uses different profiles directories? To do what you want, one of those browsers need to have been installed in standalone mode, otherwise they will share the same profile directory and, therefore, the same settings.

@bsod I did and it worked! It didn't delete any of my setting either, it only reset my speed dial page, but the wallpapers are already there for you to quickly choose. It also didn't touch the sites under the search bar. It was that easy, I can't believe why I didn't think about this. Thank you so much!!

Adding a link that is already on speed dial onto your bookmarks bar removes it from the speed dial

@czau Not an issue but how it was designed to work.

If you want to have a bookmark in more than one place, you need to go to the bookmarks manager page and copy it from one place to another.
Multiple desktops show the same page

I found that I am able to turn it on via Lighthouse in the tools. " Apply mobile emulation during auditing" - set to "mobile"

This will enable mobile emulation as it would within web browser with the missing button.
