Opera Mini already has the High saving mode in which pages should work like in Chrome, yet with better compression What you were using is Extreme savings mode, which indeed does not allow pages to be very dynamic.
My phone is Samsung Galaxy Fame
Country and Isp: UK 3
Data Saving Mode:
I do not know. I shall check. Oh the switch is set to Extreme. Oh look here it says some websites may not work properly
if Extreme is on. Let me switch it off and see if that is the problem.
Now the website works perfectly. Me not.
Well, file downloading speed is quite well now. But Opera Mini Server (for download capabilities) & & the built in download manager of Opera Mini needs upgradation & improvements.
Opera Mini's file downloading speed is not stable. Any downloading speed gets gaining then speed falling. Sometimes I get 700-800KBPS & sometimes 0-32KBPS.
Whatever, From this web link http://www.lanlinglaurel.com/gaming-wallpapers.html From this website Opera Mini can't able to download any Photos. All those photos are high resulation (big sized) file. File size is Approx more than 800KB. It says "Invalid Link" / "Download Failed" on Extreme mode. High mode & Data savings Off mode download a 23KB bogus file. But the actual file size is more than 800KB. Here is a direct link http://www.lanlinglaurel.com/data/out/127/5064975-gaming-wallpapers.jpg Fix this ASAP
Thank you for the suggestion, however this is an issue our Opera users have when they want to sign up to our service, asking them to disable data saving as part for the signup flow doesn't convert, we've tried that but disabling it is too complicated for most users.
How to post about a problem with Opera Mini
Engadget.com remains broken
It seems OK here.
refer to the first link for my problem. the site is theverge.com and it has some black block on the right which obstructs the main article.
It also seems fine here, no blocks are visible.
your continuous complaints about opera mini's download management gets quite tiresome.
have you at all bothered to read my recommendations or do you come here just to shout out and whine, and demand a fix that is only relevant to you and your apathy to use another apps for downloads?
please do become more sociable or stfu and gtfo.
Here it says..
"Your user agent is vulnerable
to the Logjam attack
Since it checks the user agent, phone's brand and model as well as version of Android and Opera Mini may have an impact on the result.
Also we should remember that in high mode MIni uses Android's Webview to handle the pages.
