I submitted my extension "TextGlow – Stylish Font & Text Generator" (v3.2.0) for review on May 2, 2026. It's been almost 4 months and it's still showing "Awaiting moderation" with no feedback from the moderation team.

Details:

  • Extension name: TextGlow – Stylish Font & Text Generator
  • Version: 3.2.0
  • Manifest version: V3
  • Submitted: May 2, 2026
  • Status: Still pending, no rejection or approval

The extension uses only self-contained JavaScript (no external scripts), has no unused permissions, and doesn't collect or transmit any user data. I've sent two follow-up messages through the add-on panel (May 10 and May 21) but received no response.

Could someone please help check the status or point me to what might be causing the delay? Happy to make any changes needed to speed up approval.

This one is different by being smaller, but it also can't be configured (yet?). The other "difference" is that it is available from opera addons, while RYD isn't, but RYD still works when installed from the chrome web store...

I spend a lot of time reading scientific papers, documentation, and educational websites, so I'm always looking for extensions that make research more efficient.

Right now, I mainly use extensions for:

PDF viewing and annotation
Dark mode for long reading sessions
Tab management
Citation or note-taking
Saving articles to read later

Most of my browsing involves comparing journal articles with educational resources on neuroscience and research peptides, so it's common for me to have 20–30 tabs open at once. One of the sites I regularly read is. alongside journal databases and university publications.

I'm curious what extensions other people recommend for:

Organizing large numbers of tabs
Highlighting and saving important text

Improving productivity during long research sessions
