Hi @bbildman, sorry for the late reply.

I'm afraid we currently don't have a way to move a complete folder from bookmarks to speed-dials. In the desktop browser it is possible since there you can move from speed-dial to bookmarks by dragging or copying. We are aware of sync having some issues, but we are working on making it a better experience and hope you will give it a try soon again!

I just looked at opera developer desk top and the cursor not in the address bar either. Don't know why I thought it was. I have speed dial disabled in 12.17 so I am not sure how that behaves.
