Bug when hardware acceleration is off: 1080p 60fps videos start default 1920x1088 resolution. This will go off when i put on Hardware acceleration. BUT videos starts to lagg, tilt and even stop playing. W7 x64 pro. High-end pc build. opera version: 47.0.2631.71 (PGO)

Problem started on early this year. Still no fix :(

    GPU: 1080 TI CPU: I7-6700K Mem: 16GB 2666

    Thx for answering ~Palikka

I've checked a couple of Youtube videos here and got 1920x1080 on both.

Do you by any chance use Fast V-Sync or NVIDIA DSR? Opera (or NVIDIA) seems to have really bizarre problems with video playback when Fast V-Sync is enabled in my case. It gets all distorted and corrupted.

Probably when 49 reaches Stable channel.

Did you check Opera Beta 48?

                so its just w7 problem?

Maybe. Or maybe it's related to the graphics card.

every of em have wierd resolution, when hardware acceleration is off, idk why. but when i put it ON it seems to be allright on developer and beta, like 10 second before huge fps drops, laggs, voice cracks.

You said that Opera 48 hadn't the problem so just wait for it to reach stable channel.

I use Win7 and wonder if you may find a solution to your problem here which assisted me back then.

My issue as you will note was solved by the next version. Just a suggestion. :)
