Checked ownership on the folder and files?

Stable is 34, so you're using Beta? Or Developer?

Your preference files cannot be read. Some features may be unavailable and changes to setting wont be saved.

This box pops up when i try to unsubscribe to an address.
I cant post pictures off my computer to facebook. And i think when i was trying to forward an email the other day this popped up.

What do i need to do?
